DELIVERY POLICIES

PAYMENT
We accept payment by PAYPAL and CREDIT CARDS! Please review your order and if you made a mistake, please contact us BEFORE making payment, so that we can come to an arrangement as quickly as possible!

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We do not reimburse digital products, such as courses or programs. Once your payment is complete, a confirmation email is sent to you to download the digital files. If you have trouble downloading them or if you deleted this download email by mistake, contact us, we will quickly send you the files purchased otherwise.

DELIVERY
We deal with Canada Post for all our deliveries. We will send your package within 24 business hours of receiving your payment.

CANADA (1 to 5 working days)
UNITED STATES (3 to 10 business days)
INTERNATIONAL (6 to 10 working days)

CUSTOMS FEE
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import formalities, or other charges that you may be charged. All costs related to handling, taxes and pickup are assumed on our side. As long as the package leaves our country, these charges are beyond our control.

REPAYMENT
We take great care of the packages we prepare. We send our products in strong boxes or waterproof bubble envelopes. Each order is carefully wrapped in Kraft paper.

Unfortunately, despite all the precautions we take before shipping your purchases, handling during delivery is beyond our control. If you received a damaged envelope / box or your product is damaged, please contact us and we will refund the value of your product, or replace it with one of the same value.

Here are the conditions for refunds or replacements:
- You must contact us within 30 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE
- You must provide us with a photo of the damaged packaging or product
- Refund: Product value (7 working days)
- Replacement: Product of the same value or total of the same value, only on our store

PLEASE NOTE: normal wear and tear, accidental breakage or unconventional use of the product are not part of the conditions for reimbursement or replacement. A parcel stuck in customs or unclaimed, is also a situation where a refund will not be granted..
